Shipping policy

Many of our products are made-to-order, and production times range from 7 to 25 business days, depending on the item and complexity. For custom steering wheels, production takes approximately 3-5 weeks. If the product you're ordering is in stock, it will be dispatched within 2 business days. 

Domestic Shipping (UK): Once your product is completed, we will ship it to you within 2-5 business days using Royal Mail, UPS or FedEx.

International Shipping: For international customers, products will typically arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on the destination, and will be sent with UPS, FedEx or an equivalent courier.

Some larger products, like bonnets or hoods, may take 7-25 business days for production. These items are often shipped directly to you to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery, especially for international orders, which can take up to 2 months. If you require faster shipping for heavy and bulky items please contact us and this can be arranged at an additional cost.

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. 

Please note that import duties and taxes may be applicable for orders shipping outside the United Kingdom. These charges vary from country to country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. The customer is responsible for checking and paying any such charges. Carbon Noire is not responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges or courier clearance fees applied to international orders. We encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If an international order is refused, not collected, returned to sender, or returned because import duties, VAT, customs charges, courier fees or similar charges have not been paid, we will request that the goods are returned to Carbon Noire at the customer’s expense. Any refund will be handled in line with our Refund Policy and may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any duties, taxes, customs charges, courier handling fees or similar charges billed to Carbon Noire.
